The automatic control system mainly consists of industrial computers, programmable controllers, touch color screens, and RS232C serial communication, and real-time sampling of voltage and current signals at each workstation through ND.
Open database: Establish a fully open product database in a computer, which includes electroplating station numbers, currents, and working hours. Database operation: The upper computer automatically calculates the electroplating current, working time, pause time, soft start time, cycle number, and other parameters for each stage based on the product number and work number input by the operator through the touch screen on site. After obtaining the above parameters, the computer automatically generates a current time curve and sends the relevant values to the PLC, which automatically completes the entire production process. On line sampling, when a station starts to work, the computer enters the actual control process at the same time, displays the working parameters (current, voltage, working time) of this station on the computer in real time, and records the relevant parameters in the computer data file every 1 minute, so that the production process can be called and viewed in the future. If the selected system malfunctions (overcurrent, phase loss, overheating, short circuit, etc.), the computer records the fault content and occurrence time. And display the fault content in real-time on the on-site touch screen and control room calculation, while giving an alarm (sound and light). Similarly, the operator needs to connect the "mute" button on the on-site touch screen to clear the alarm sound
