[Product features]
1. Single main cabinet or double main cabinet with control cabinet structure can be configured according to user requirements.
2. When the DC output current is ≥ 10KA, a full circuit in-phase reverse parallel electric connection rectifier circuit is adopted, which greatly reduces eddy current losses and improves the efficiency of the equipment.
3. The control methods can be divided into open-loop (manual) and closed-loop (automatic) according to the production process requirements, and can be converted to each other. The number of DC current output phases can be divided into 6, 12, 24, 36, and 48 phases according to the national standards for harmonic currents in the power grid. Pulse wave rectification eliminates the pollution of the 3rd, 5th, and 7th harmonics of the power rectifier on the power grid.
4. This series of equipment is equipped with protection for overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit, under branch, under phase, high water temperature, low water pressure, high oil temperature, low oil temperature, high oil pressure, etc. The control circuit is fully integrated.
5. The main control board uses KDW-06 type high anti-interference high-power digital circuit trigger control system, which has strong anti-interference ability. And it has the characteristics of high control accuracy, good stability, and reliable passage.
6. The thyristor components are made of high-power thyristors produced by Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute.
7. The cabinet adopts a magnetic cutting link to reduce eddy current losses, and the overall cabinet is sprayed with plastic.
