According to the special process of electrophoretic painting, a six phase rectification and filtering reactor or a twelve phase rectification and filtering reactor are used to ensure that the ripple index of the DC output meets the requirements of low output ripple that must be guaranteed by the painting production line process.
For production lines that use stepwise diffusion static electrophoresis, during the workpiece electrophoresis process, it is often required to have a DC voltage from low to high, output in time and segments, and each segment of voltage and running time can be set separately according to the requirements of the electrophoresis process. Based on this situation, the machine has added the function of segmented output voltage. Users can easily set the voltage and time for each segment on the device (the number of segments can be determined by the user, and the voltage within the segment can be adjusted). Users only need to issue instructions (input a switch signal) at the beginning of a process, and the electrical process will automatically be segmented and completed. At the end of a process, the output voltage automatically drops to zero volts, and when working without voltage, it leaves the paint tank. Stable voltage operation and current limiting cut-off: According to the requirements of the electrophoretic painting process, the normal operation should be in a stable voltage operation state to ensure the thickness and adhesion strength of the paint film. However, due to the suspension movement of the workpiece on the conveyor chain, it is possible that the electrophoretic current may increase suddenly due to the instability of the workpiece when entering the groove. To adapt to this working state, the control system of the rectifier adopts voltage and current dual closed-loop control. When the workpiece runs normally and the voltage and current are within the normal range of use, the rectifier cabinet is in a stable working state. In case of abnormal operation during work and sudden increase in output current due to other reasons, the system immediately switches to current limiting operation, which ensures the normal operation of the painting production process and prevents rectifier failure caused by overcurrent.
The main control board adopts KDW-06 type high anti-interference high-power digital circuit trigger control system, which has strong anti-interference ability. And it has the characteristics of high control accuracy, good stability, and reliable operation.
This power supply has a complete protection and alarm system for phase loss, over temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit, etc. In case of abnormal situations, it can effectively protect the entire machine, limit damage to the minimum range, and emit sound and light alarms, making it convenient for maintenance personnel to judge and handle faults.
