In response to the suggestion from the netizen, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology stated in its reply that in recent years, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has mainly carried out three aspects of work in guiding industrial enterprises to upgrade and renovate pollution control facilities:
One is to increase effective supply. In collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Technology and other departments, the "Catalogue of Major Environmental Protection Technology Equipment Encouraged by the State for Development (2017 Edition)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Catalogue") has been formulated and released. For 9 sub fields such as air pollution prevention and control, water pollution prevention and control, and soil pollution remediation, 146 advanced and applicable environmental protection technology equipment covering various stages from development to application and promotion have been selected, guiding the research and industrialization of major environmental protection technology equipment, Ensure strong technical equipment support for ecological environment protection and governance.
The second is to strengthen the connection between supply and demand. Organize relevant industry associations to benchmark the indicator parameters of technical equipment in the Catalogue, carry out the collection and selection of "major environmental protection technology equipment supporting units encouraged by the state for development", and release a list of 168 high-quality technology equipment manufacturers, providing targeted guidance for demand enterprises to choose advanced and efficient environmental protection technology equipment. At the same time, organize a meeting to connect the supply and demand of advanced environmental protection technologies in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and surrounding areas, and accelerate the promotion and application of new technologies, products, and equipment.
The third is innovative support methods. We support a group of suppliers of integrated application solutions for environmental protection equipment systems, focusing on the governance needs in areas such as atmospheric governance, sewage treatment and resource utilization, and environmental monitoring instruments. We provide integrated solutions and support for enterprises in design, manufacturing, operation and maintenance, and services, serving over 300 projects.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology also revealed that the next step will be to accelerate the revision of the Catalogue with the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, promote the research and application of advanced environmental protection equipment, improve the supply quality of environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry, organize the construction of different forms of supply and demand docking platforms, and better guide and help enterprises improve their pollution control capabilities.
